Snapmaker 2.0 – Camera capture stopping halfway in capturing laser bed

Recently I had an issue with my Snapmaker camera capture stopping before the entire bed was captured. After some research, the issue was caused by the image size being transmitted. Snapmaker at some point reduced the image size allowed. What this means is the details captured of the laser bed grid is larger than what is allowed to be transmitted. Kinda crazy but there is a work around.

Simply add a blank piece of paper to the bed to reduce the details in the images.

I hope this helps anyone frustrated by this issue.
